Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Currently seeking full time, experienced customer service representative to work on-site at our Binghamton office along with additional office staff.

​

- Manage incoming phone calls & online service requests. 

- Schedule, dispatch & manage service requests.

- Organize & maintain on-call rotation schedule.

- Identify & assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Build sustainable relationships & trust with customer accounts through open & interactive communication.

- Provide accurate, valid & complete information.

- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets & call handling quotas.

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts & file documents.

- Assist in onboarding new hires.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies.

- Go the extra mile to engage customers & care.

- Additional responsibilities based on need/demand, training provided.

Plumbing & HVAC Service Technician

Currently seeking full time, experienced plumbing & HVAC technician for service and installation.

 

- Perform service calls to both residential and commercial customers.

- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

- Maintain equipment and inventory.

- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required.

- Attend company meetings and/or vendor training as required.

- Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether on the job site or driving company vehicles.

- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

Septic Truck Operator

Currently seeking full time experienced septic pump truck operator for pumping and maintenance of septic systems. CDL Class B is required.

​

-   Operate pump truck in a safe and effective manner.
-   Locate, uncover and pump out septic systems for both residential and commercial customers.
-   Ability to lift and drag heavy hoses while working in various outdoor conditions.
-   Transport waste to designated treatment facilities.
-   Maintain detailed driver logs.
-   Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
-   Clean truck and equipment pre/post service.

Portables Technician

Currently seeking full time technician for delivering and servicing portable restroom units.

​​

-   Operate service truck in a safe and effective manner.
-   Transport units to customer site, position correctly and stabilize for use.
-   Clean and sanitize units including pumping waste using a vacuum hose.
-   Restock units with necessary supplies.
-   Ability to lift and move units.
-   Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
-   Clean truck and equipment pre/post service.
